However, it has not yet been examined in an Australian setting. This study aimed to report on the efficacy and safety of vonoprazan-containing antibiotic combination therapies in the eradication of H.pylori.
A single-center, exploratory, clinical review of patients 18years or over, positive for H.pylori on Urea Breath Test (UBT), and/or histopathology who underwent a 10-day treatment of combination antibiotics plus vonoprazan between January 2017 and September 2019 was conducted. Eleven different combinations of antibiotics that included 2-5 different antibiotics predominantly amoxicillin, rifabutin, levofloxacin, furazolidone, nitazoxanide, and tetracycline were included. The eradication success was based on negative UBT results and/or histopathology results most regimens contained more than two antibiotics.
Vonoprazan-containing antibiotic therapy is an effective H. pylori eradication treatment. We conducted secondary analysis of questions submitted, which were 'out-of-scope' of the original survey aim. We sought to disseminate these questions, to inform practice, policy and the development of potential interventions to support young people with cancer.

Young people aged 13-24 with a current/previous cancer diagnosis, their families/friends/partners and professionals who work with this population.
Eight hundred and fifty-five potential research questions were submitted, and 326 were classified as 'out-of-scope'. These questions, along with 49 'free-text' comments, were analysed using thematic analysis.
The 375 out-of-scope questions and comments were submitted by 68 young people, 81 family members/partners/friends and 42 professionals. Ten overarching themes were identified diagnostic experience; communication; coordination of care; information needs and lack of information; service provision; long-term effects and aftercare support; family support; financial impact; end-of life care; and research methods and current research.
The need to tailor services, information and communication is a striking thread evidenced across the 'out-of-scope' questions. Gaps in information highlight implications for practice in revisiting information needs throughout the cancer trajectory. We must advocate for specialist care for young people and promote the research priorities and these findings to funding bodies, charities, young people and health and social care policymakers, in order to generate an evidence base to inform effective interventions across the cancer trajectory and improve outcomes.

Patients and carers were equal stakeholders throughout.We explore the discontinuity in the allocation of the main federal grant to Brazilian municipalities to identify the local effects of health spending and the spillovers into the bordering jurisdictions. Fiscal reactions are asymmetric small neighbors reduce health spending, while we do not find a significant budgetary response in the largest neighbor. Our results suggest a reduction in the spread of infectious diseases in the neighbors, with fewer residents hospitalized with gastrointestinal infections. In addition, the elderly demand less hospitalization in the largest bordering jurisdictions due to respiratory infectious diseases. Finally, we find a direct and significant reduction in infant mortality, consistent with the observed pediatricians' increase, while the spillover effects on neighbors' mortality rates are not conclusive.Neural stem cell (NSC) transplantation is one of the most promising therapeutic strategies for neurodegenerative diseases. However, the slow spontaneous differentiation of NSCs often hampers their application in neural repair. Although some biological growth factors accelerate the differentiation of NSCs, their high cost, short half-life, and unpredictable behavior in vivo, as well as the complexity of the operation, hinder their clinical use. In this study, it is demonstrated that hydroxyapatite (HAp), the main component of bone, in the form of nanorods, can regulate the neural differentiation of NSCs and maturation of the newly differentiated cells. Culturing NSCs with HAp nanorods leads to the differentiation of NSCs into mature neurons that exhibit well-defined electrophysiological behavior within 5 days. The state of these neurons is much better than when culturing the cells without HAp nanorods, which undergo a 2-week differentiation process. Furthermore, RNA-sequencing data reveal that the neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathway is dominant in the enriched differentiated neuronal population. Hence, inorganic growth factors like HAp act as a feasible, effective, safe, and practical tool for regulating the differentiation of NSCs and can potentially be used in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
